Zusammenfassung

66 Fälle von Pektoralis-Handdefekt wurden untersucht und ein Überblick über die Literatur gegeben. Typisch ist die große Variabilität der Hand-Armfehlbildung, die von leichtester Brachydaktylie bis Peromelie reichen kann. Erbliche Faktoren scheinen für die Mehrzahl der Fälle keine Bedeutung zu haben.

Abstract

66 cases of pectoralis-hand defect are analyzed and the literature is reviewed There is a high degree of variability of hand and arm malformations ranging from minor brachydactyly to peromelia. Genetic causes do not appear to be important for the majority of cases.
